Artwork guidelines
for the best print results
For the best print quality, please supply vector artwork.
Preferred file formats (in order):
- EPS or PDF (best)
- PNG with transparent background at 300dpi
- JPG (accepted, but not ideal)
⚠️ Important: If you upload a JPG, we print exactly what we receive.
If your artwork has a background block, that background will be printed on the garment.
We check every artwork before production. If your file is unsuitable, we’ll contact you with two options:
- Proceed with artwork as supplied, or
- Use our Artwork Redraw Service (£4.99 one-off)
Once redrawn, your artwork is saved and can be used again on future orders at no extra redraw charge.
Please allow up to 24 hours for redraws.
We’ll send an approval form when ready, and we cannot proceed until approved.
Please approve promptly via the link provided to avoid delays.
If you’d like us to check artwork before ordering, send it via our Contact Us page.
for the best embroidery results
All embroidery logos are manually digitised for stitch production.
- Digitising charge: a small set up fee
- Your digitised file is then saved for future orders at no additional setup cost
We can digitise from most image types - quality doesn’t need to be perfect, but it must be clear.
Accepted examples include:
- A straight-on photo of van signage
- A photo of existing embroidery
- A business card
- Image of your logo (in any file format)
Once redrawn, your artwork is saved and can be used again on future orders at no extra redraw charge.

Raster vs Vector
Raster images are great at 300dpi, but do not scale well - a vector artwork is fully scalable and will produce the cleanest of prints
